NVR, imo if WN gets under 80% T/O is of.
If they get 90%+ they can compulsory takeover the balance.
If they get 80%+, they will call meeting to delist,
which requires 75%+ to succeed.
Delisted I believe (someone correct me if I am wrong)
they won't pay listing fee, they won't have to abide to listing rules, I think there are still some rules they have to comply too, but the worse for us, trading will be of the board.
