regardless of the funamental, the doji is near the top of the uptrend, which means the chance of moving higher is small and vice verse if it's near the bottom of a downtrend; and also the 1.7c c/r has a lot of impact of the s/p's run, imo
so far, it looks like it needs to settle for few more days before moving higher.
