Hi Hosh.Have no argument with what you have written.I know a few years ago Len put in place arrangements for agi when he falls off the branch.The main context was that agi remain an on going concern with out him with a five year window.I don't know if the u.k. factory will come under the agi umbrella maybe.As you know Len has his fingers in lots of the agi pie.He gets quite a good return as a consultant and on the leases of plant and equipment.The late Kerry Packer was working with Len to get his machines in to his casinos in the u.k.I don't think James has the same rapport with Len.Len did tell me what he thought of James and the his business Ideas which I can't repeat here.cheers dave31
