"CCU is hugely undervalued considering it is Australia's largest pure silver play with a JORC probable reserve of 14 million ounces. Market is really underestimating near term production profile and earnings potential. CCU is progressing really well. All the ticks are being ticked."
Well it does not sound that good.
Cost someone said is $10 a oz, POS $30 so that is $20 profit. times $20 by 14Moz is a profit of $280 million. Market cap is 130 million.
I don't think it is that good of price.
$130 million for a 14Moz probable reserve. If you divide the resource reserve by the gold to silver ratio, of lets say 50, you come up with a gold reserve of 280,000oz and therefor market cap of $130 million seems expensive.
Whoever said this is the safest make money big stock is just pulling his own chain.
