Guys I see this as a positive.
If I am reading it right.
Company and these SI's are valuing the company at 5c per share - Now the SI's will have a big win if the share price goes above 5c per share.
I see this as a forecast and the SI's are investing longer term than being issued shares now.
The SI's obviously believe the company is on a winner and they basically get their money in 12 months time. Perhaps they have had a preview of the next announcement.
