The Company advises that 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be
released from escrow on 20 February 2005.

The Company will apply to ASX for quotation of the fully paid ordinary
shares so released.

Following quotation of the fully paid ordinary shares on 20 February 2005,
the Company will have the following shares on issue:

Total number 76,677,376
Number quoted 76,677,376

The Company advises that it has entered into a voluntary restriction
agreement in relation to 2,000,000 out of the 5,000,000 shares being
released from escrow on 20 February 2005, such agreement to take effect
from 20 February 2005 until 30 November 2005.
