it is quite extraordinary that these companies do get to keep their licenses even though they manipulate the stocks to such extent.

please Contact your local MP's with a view to change legislation so that the manipulators lose their licenses.

Fines are not enough deterrent however the loss of the privilege to trade is. self regulation is PURELY self-serving to the detriment of shareholders and other interested parties.
