I don't feel confident that things are on the mend for Western economies, but I do feel that emerging countries despite hiccups will continue to grow and continue to take market share and growth away from the west.
So I do see some hope that overall world growth will at least hold or slowly continue to grow despite many Western countries going backwards.
Glad to be in Australia rather than Europe, US or Japan.

I continue to feel most confident about gold's fundamentals.

When the cash begins to flow "this baby will fly" regardless of Western economies along with other gold producers.
