    So it seems they are:

    a) planning the EPT as many have argued they would

    b) hoping the SPP will be successful so as to
    i) Possibly do another hole, then
    ii) Do seismic thereafter

    My question is, what does it mean they are "releasing the Rig"? Does that mean someone else can get it? or do we maintain first option until we decide we (if we decide) not to proceed with a second hole?
