If it is an open or partially filled order though, there were significant sellers still at 0.6. I am interested in how technically this can be done. If the auction had buyers at 0.7 then many would have sold but I cant see how an open buy order catches 1 share at a higher price. It does not bother me rather it is the technical side of doing it that i am interested in
