Thank you Myron, for your report on how you honestly saw things at the meeting , I do understand that this was your impressions that you took away and I thank you for that and taking the time to report back.

I'm still not clear on how the ASOF litigation happened? or how just much was paid to them for something that was clearly another stuff up by the company which has cost the company money which it can ill afford to squander, what worries me is, how do these things happen in the first place? it seems to me that someone at the company doesn't do all their homework in the first place somehow? it seems similar to what happened with the AFHL fiasco in my opinion, like you said if it walks like a duck etc, something doesn't seem to sit quite right somehow, I know you have great faith in the management Myron, I do with one or two, but definitely not others or should I say one other in particular!
