Since the bulls are so quite, I thought I respond on behalf of 3 of them. Now guess which is which ....
1) There are plenty of bargains all around. I made zillions from 2002 to 2004, damn these labour state and fed governments for causing the rot (which results in all these bargains :)
2) You guys just keep rehashing and regurgitating old stuff from the past. It's dated Jan 11th 2012, it's almost 3 days old. And nah nah nah...what has Irish got to so with Australia.
3) Fear mongerging, yawn, what's your agenda, Yeah right, if the banks are in trouble you will not have a job, I should have put you on IGNORE, not all markets are the same, I love my tenants, I love other tax payers for paying for my invetsments, property prices will never go down, the government (the same one that caused the rot) will always support house prices.
