so what you do is you look around at coastal property in good position---beachfront--close to an airport(leas than 20 min) close to schools .hospitals preferably less than 2hrs to a capitol city centre -in a location with solid rental return-and you make a very low offer on a quality property
i think that is how you get ahead in the world im really looking forward to your reply--pmsl
