icon apartments - port macquarie

The Ray White ad in this weekend's Domain property guide for the Icon Apartments states "Competitive Pricing Yields Yet Another Sale". I'll try to find out which one sold and for how much. They probably won't tell me how much but once I know which one I can figure out how much it should have sold for. No doubt JH will crowing about what a good outcome it is for investors. Obviously it was heavily discounted as is every other asset WC sells off.
