Do I own the shares in my Comsec Portfolio or not ?
I ask this as after the MF Global implosion I am starting to wonder about this
Being Chess - Broker Sponsored - does this allow Comsec to Lend shares registered in my name ?
I will be contacting Comsec about this but anyone else wonder about what happens if say Comsec went bust, there website http://www.comsec.com.au/Public/ToolsSupport/Important_Instructions.pdf say's Comsec is owned by Comm Bank and is not guaranteed
