Any negotiation between consolidated and fmg could be complicated because of there disagreement on the Mindy mindy project consolidated might want this included
However if negotiations started when they placed there mergers and acquisitions guy on the board Bci could soon have a deal
Importantly fmg has a new CEO and he could owe the future of Bci differently from forrest
so many contenders to buy bci, page-39
