Thanks for response. No "further dilution" perhaps is more appropriate wording, given I understand all the previous options are "out of the money" but this "reward" is the opportunity for a further spin-of-the-wheel, no?

I remain unconvinced as to justification of the reward.

Hoping my investment not misplaced, but this is not a holding I now hold in high esteem.
