Dave, you forgot to mention that they like to discredit other peoples hard work, whilst hiding behind a silly name. Rather than take the argument to the Ceo or Board if they were in interested shareholder.
If they were so clever and decent they would put this criticism in the public domain and present their evidence, put forward an honest case.
