If the GS report were written recently, since the Jan 30th meeting was announced, it would be a strong positive.
Kalenn is implying the GS report was recent.
If the situation is what you and I say, that nothing has recently changed then there is no positive and we are back to where we started as the post by deeks01 was erroneous.
