    Orbis Aust holds 12% stake in HDF and has a succerssful history in forcing hostile bidders like APA to cough up higher bids for shareholders, according to THE AUSTRALIAN. This hostile takeover will take a few months to resolve but with someone like Orbis on side I believe we will see a much higher bid. $2-20 would be a bare minimum for an acceptable bid.
