    That was my main point with the Tom Parks buying shares. As a director he had 3 choices, all of which would now be used against him.

    1) Sell. Why was he selling? Did he know the issues facing PPX?

    2) Hold. Why wasn't he buying? Bad form.

    3) Buy. Which he did. What a loser. Falling shareprice and he still kept buying. What was his average price?

    So in all three scenarios he comes out looking bad. Many facts can have slants put on them. Also hindsight is wonderful.

    I have no problem with a negative slant on any stock as its all part of the equation. But people also need to read between the lines.
