OK so they have the licence, albeit anticlimatically. We does this leave us with respect to the deal. Are CHN shareholders now in good position to vote the deal down from a position of strength. The licence was all that was holding this back so even a positive Chinese due diligence doesnt mean we HAVE to proceed, or am I missing something?
