Dont really care what Peter has for lunch but you seem in the know so can you answer a few questions if possible or anyone else for that matter
1) One year since the application for a mining right, how is this progressing and will it make it harder for Anglo to have the rights over turned if ever it goes to court?
2) The DMR recognize Nkwe as having a valid prospecting permit so would or should the current negotiations stall this process
3) Why is this problem so far out of the 180 day appeal process set by PAJA it's absurd.
4) Was Anglo the holder of the original permit rather than combined with ARM and this is the reason ARM cant commence action without Anglo's involvement?
