I did the one of Costa cruise from singapore to Vietnam , Hong Kong last year.
They did not carried out the boat drill untill the next day.
The Officers were not friendly at all. On a few occassions, I wished them "good Morning or Afternoon" .. they just ignore us.
A couple of them they were quite rude. One good example, we were waiting for the lift, two of the ship officers were standing behind us, rush into the lift first. I just gave them a nasty look.
I will not go back to anyone of their cruise again.
