    Given that Costa is part of the US/UK Carnival Corporation (Carnival, P&O, Cunard, Holland America, Princess, as well as Costa), it makes you wonder if the Parent Company exerts any control on its subsidiaries. Sounds like they all pretty much run their own show....with obviously mixed results.
