why did the sp fall on the aim today?

What do you think is the reason why the SP of both RMP and RRS took a nosedive today?
Recently just before the placing at 11p was announced by RMP the volume of buys were large at c16p yet the SP was falling then the placing at 11p was announced.
Although I am still holding both shares and believe they will be much higher in the run up to TD. I have a niggly feeling that a placing will be announced by both when the news for which both companies have been placed into a trading halt will get announced.
If as many people had suggested that the spudding was already priced into the SP then surely the SP would have stagnated and not plummeted.
I have been holding both shares for ages now and in the case of RRS for nearly 2yrs and waiting patiently for the day Puntland gets spudded in the hope and belief that when this will get announced RRS and RMP will ( I am beginning to hate this word and will have to check the meaning in the Oxford English dictionary) " BOOM".
We have been informed about both the Puntland drills in effect and yet the SP has taken a beating. Why?
They should have a " I don't know" as an option in the sentiment box below because that is how I feel truthfully.
