    Whether they sold the shares or were simply diluted past the 5% amount this is not good news for shareholders. A common exit strategy is to fall just below the 5% so as not disturb others. Once they are out of the public eye they can dump the rest at whatever speed they like. If this investor wanted to show support for the company they would have ensured that they remained above the 5% amount as it sends a strong message to the market that they will not cut and run.

    All that being said this stock will live and die by the actual results. If hole 3 is a boomer then this latest development will not make much, if any difference.

    I have friends invested in this stock so my concern is that there has already been a delay in the results being released and now a substantial shareholder is selling. These are never positive indicators ... but that does not mean the results won't be good.
