insolvency appointment made?, page-2

ATO is owed some back taxes and is issuing insolvency notices to hundreds of companies. I understand that the tax will be paid before the court hearing and will be resolved. Not an issue.
Company still working on how Convertible Notes will be resolved, at which time the whole structure of the company should be looked at. Very solid assets but something obviously has to be done re cash going forward. We have Stephen Bizzell involved, who is a wizz (a specialist)in such matters and always has his SH's interests as his top priority .
Be frustrating for a while, but, still happy to let SB sort it all out.
