re: beware of misinformation The plant at Kwinana was fabricated by Tox Free (private company pre-float) in Brisbane. Was then shipped to Port Headland as a portable plant. Later shipped to Kwinana where it was upgraded. The "hand made" retort is a vertical unit that will be replaced.

The property at Kwinana and other site infrastructure was purchased from Eli Eco Logic (a Canadian public Company not related to ESI). There was a connection between ESI and Eli Eco Logic as ESI had approval to use Eco Logic Technology. ESI claimed that their process is based on the gas phase thermo-chemical reaction of hydrogen with organic and chlorinated organic compounds producing methane and hydrogen chloride (this from notes sent to my by Dennis Glennon who was CEO of ESI). THIS IS NOT THE TOX FREE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY.

TOX thermal plant uses a simple heat phase to volatilize PCB's and hydrocarbons which are captured/extracted by the patented sub micron filtration system on a continuous basis (and linked to a standard off the shelf pyrolysis plant with bells and whistles added for processing different feedstocks) . This patented filtration system IMHO is an extremely valuable patent. It is currently valued at zero in market cap. The market has already tweaked to the fact that TOX is growing very rapidly from basic bread and butter toxic waste processing AND when it tweaks to the value of the patents and their applications the stock price will explode.
