I wouldn't believe that for one second as I have owned shares in companies that I believed had us in their best interst and kept saying reject the offer, reject the offer only to sell out almost on the last day of the take-over offer(one example -- AHR). There is always going to be a price that someone will sell out for and right now the person with the most to gain or lose is Dr. Leon, so the question is what is his price? I think this company is definitly a goer and will make a pretty penny for many. However don't think for one second that someone has your best interest when thinking of selling their 23M+ shares. Anyway good luck to all it has been a long wait.
