I suspect both silver and uranium prices are artificilly low. They are both small markets and are subject to manipulation. Get into silver and uranium shares and etfs while they are low. You will not be able to buy at these prices again. Once silver and uranium goes higher, they will be potentially more prone to mini crashes and large price fluctuations. This is a low risk entry point, as both are oversold.
