transactions for unproven ground in the EFS are an indication of the trends towards valuations of EFS acreage. i put them no higher than that.
it didn't suit your mate jonno because he would rather the focus stay on EKA to assist his bank balance at the expense of STX investors.
that you went along for that ride with the EKA posters suggests you are also more concerned with EKA than STX, or you just don't get it.
