pathfinder - the price is likely reflecting what has earlier been communicated that the B24/25 at Chernetska is higher risk at this particular location.
The deeper zones are considered relatively low risk elsewhere on the block so not all is lost if this one is unsuccessful. It will obviously be a setback however as was the lack of oil.
