Volt - it is easy to make a bearish story at the moment. How about a big head and shoudlers top with this the final of the right shoulder and an upslanting neckline. But somehow with everyone so negative, I think there is a better than 50/50 chance that we have a correction and then go on to higher levels. But I hate periods like this when the SPX is in what could be considered pretty rarified air and having had such a big rise since the October low. This is why I have been cautiously raising cash levels.

The problem with the BIS is that they are always bearish. I remember having a great discussion about 15 years ago on the very subject of the BIS predictions and they were calling the end of the world then as well.
