there was one report quoting GJ saying that if hanlong did lower the offer price then the management will walk away from the offer (Sundance chairman George Jones said yesterday there had been no discussions of this nature. He said if Hanlong wanted to pay less than 57¢, it would have to walk away)

many posters here including myself do believe that hanlong is here to help us obtain the convention and licence and there for they will not drop the offer or withdraw the offer as they are our major shareholder and they do not what the sp to drop to much as they will start to lose money themself.IMO
