Don't be too concerned, ISP became managing director in Jan 2011, prior to that he was the Project Manager. I would imagine that his out of the blue resignation would be based on a personal decision as opposed to a the sinking ship scenario.
Who knows, it may even be due to the fact that the company will soon be producing, therefore time for an MD with that sort of experience.
What ever the reason, ISP has done the company well and should be congratulated on his achievements thus far.
