Yes you are right...their shares are held with Citigroup.
Interestingly though, Firebird's selling in Nov 2010, was all at one cent...and around the time of the rights issue which was struck at 0.8c! Their selling was also timed to prevent a rally in the stock that was on the verge of starting.
At that time however, they promptly issued a sub-holder change (3 days after selling), so no history of being tardy in this regard.
None the less, it is interesting they are clearly happy to be "active" in the stock around periods when capital is requied.
