This is sort of a pole question, who here thinks the next announcement which marendi said will happen by the end of jan 2012 will be a concrete JV announcment, or a T/O.
or will it be more spin, more imminent, more next month, more hopefully, more excuses like its the fault of the DMR, or the fault of the lawyers, or the fault of everyone except nkp management of course.
