You're correct. We should support Cooper's. They are the only wholly Australian owned brewery made up of 4/5th generation family members. They rejected a take over by Nathan Lion and removed some share rights to prevent any further takeover bids. I cheated and Google that!
But, I have never heard a bad word spoken about their beers. Everyone praises their Sparkling Ale. A reputation like that deserves respect.
