At 3 millions P.A. net earnings on a PE of 10 the company should be capitalised at 30 million. 30 million plus 3 million cash (options exercise) / 500 million shares gives a target of 6.6 cps. If they expand next year, as they plan to, then it is an entirely different story and 10 cps+ should be possible.
