From the text you copied and pasted in your first post it continually refers to the: sea level rise.
(Do you need a definition of the word 'rise' or 'increase' as well, berretta?)
Strangely enough, the sea level rise the authors are discussing is very obvious in the chart I posted from the paper you referred to. (Now it seems clear why you omitted the chart - it contradicted your post heading, and maybe you didn't expect anyone to read what you posted.)
