    OBL needs a well funded partner like its neighbours BRU (Mitsubishi) and NSE (ConocoPhillips), perhaps a Chevron or a Shell, but would someone like them be interested in a junior explorer capped at about $8 million? I doubt it, but it is nice to dream.
