I agree shakespeare. If it turns out to be poor financial forecasting and modelling on managements behalf then shareholders should call for MR to go.
Otherwise it may be just a case of reviewing where they stand given the number of variables in play - 12 month outlook on metals prices, production estimates based on decline rates to date, increased operational expenses and borrowing costs etc.
