If there is a legal eagle out there then perhaps s/he might be able to help me with this question: Do I or do I not have the right to view any material gathered about me by a surveilance company - not a State or Federal agency of any sort but just a private company on behalf of a private person? The person has already made use of the surveilance report to try and influence the other party. I need to see that material -I'm told it isn't of any great value- before we get to court if it gets that far. Enormous thanks for your generocity... Oh, and twits who know nothing about this, please, be nice and restrain yourself!
