Dashjt, if they're able to produce 1.5MW (I actually thought it was 1MW but hey an extra .5MW is better than .5MW less) as it stands right now I'd be happy to get started with this figure, at least they will be making something, I'm truly at a loss why they will allow this but not an increase by a mere 3.5MW.
Why don't we all email CNX and state we want them to start now with the supposedly allowable 1.5MW, I think if they did this, there would be better grounds to push for the increase because once they're actually completing the full deal, they can at least state this which can't be ignored, buring it and wasting it when we can generate some cash is better than the latter, not to mention having those generators going to waste.
Lets email them today.
