Well I have been watching the divergence pattern...... We have hit the medium term upside and gone past the 67.678% fibornaccie retrace!
Interesting is the ascending bars ....... If you look at them closely you will note they have re tested the lows 3 times... This is interesting whilst volumes are low when you correlate this the upswings on this lower volume you see the triangle pattern formulation.
To me it looks like it is in a pivot point!!
This pivot point could infact see the share continue to move upward on the daily chart HOWEVER there appears large resistance around the 5.55 mark!
Should KAR infact break through this resistance level it could break out to 6.23 - 6.375c
Notwithstanding this is the World economic climate which is tough .... Hence a retest around the $ 4.33.5 c mark would be the next level of support!!

What I continue to see is rorting unabashed with an accumulator TRYING TO GET VOLUME AND GETTIN FIRE TRUCK ALL!
I also see on the horizon drilling in Browse and aJV for plenty of cash in Brazil
Just follow the money Citigroup says it all ......KAR is a takeover target because it will need to capital raise!!!
Just love it.... Why would you take over a Company that needed cash... Just wait it out til they went broke surely!
NXS is the perfect example... Citi we know your game.... Your the largest rorterr and churner of KAR IN PAST 12 months.... Surely you would have been exiting your position for your very best clients knowing they will get back in due to the pending need for cash.......Citgroup
