fair price for ml acres ???

So whats a fair price for ML acres?

From the Sandridge sales one would conclude $4000/acre

A year or two ago they were selling for $100/acre

So what are the latest sale results.....

Looks like RFE scooped some for less than $200 / acre. Thats a massive bonus for RFE holders IMHO. But the price disparity really does make me wonder who is the fool? Personally I've got no idea but if someone told me I could get 17,000 acres for the price of a lateral well.......
