Simple folks, we do not have the population to sustain the platform we live on - so we need to charge like wounded bulls for every last thing we market and or consume, either by means of higher prices or taxes - unsustainable

This then forces us (me included) to pay higher wages, which is not a problem when things are going along nicely, but when the world slows, we need to adjust, but we can not put through another price increase, if we do we will loose market share and destroy brand value ( go out of business - no sales), we can not cut wages as the union baboons will go ape, so we are forced to shed jobs - not nice but what can we do when we have priced ourselves out of the global economy.

Welcome to the flat world, good luck and stay liquid!!!!
