    IF they do not have FIRB approval, then why are they extending the offer? Or will they have to satisfy additional conditions, or has Wah Nam launched an appeal.
    One thing is for sure, their reputation as thoroughly untrustworthy, and benders of the truth, will have preceded them back to the FIRB this time.
