It's up to the ALP, the Greens and the Indpendents who have taken the glory and the money to form the government, to start making decisions and sorting this out, instead of playing games trying to blame Abbott and the Libs & Nats.
If they're unable to do so, or not up to the job, then Gillard should resign and let the people go back to the polls to elect someone else who can.
